U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agents Seize Counterfeit SD Host Products, Estimated Retail Value $375,000
U.S. Customs Officials in Miami, Florida confiscated 12 shipments consisting of over 2,500 counterfeit Cell Phones containing a counterfeit SD card slot and bearing a counterfeit microSD trademark. The shipments seized represent the export of infringing products originating from Hong Kong for importation into Port-au-Prince, Haiti.
The counterfeit SD Host Products are set for destruction and will be destroyed under the supervision of U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
