U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agents Seize Counterfeit SD Host Products, Estimated Retail Value $600,000
U.S. Customs Officials located in Dallas, Texas, International Falls, Minnesota and Miami, Florida confiscated shipments consisting of over 42,000 host products including 3D Printers, Cell Phones and DVD Players containing counterfeit SD card slots. The majority of these shipments originated from China and Hong Kong.
The counterfeit products are expected to be processed for destruction.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection Agents around the country are strong advocates in supporting SD-3C LLC's enforcement program, resulting in the prevention of counterfeit goods entering the United States.
