U.S. Customs and Border Protection Seize Counterfeit SD MemoryCards, Estimated Retail Value $38,000.
U.S. Customs Officials in Honolulu, Hawaii, confiscated approximately 900counterfeit high-capacity SD memory cards originating from Chengdu, China andintended for importation into Texas. The items were found to infringe upon themicroSDXC trademark.
The seized memory cards are scheduled for destruction under the supervision of U.S.Customs Officials
