U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Florida Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $180,000.
U.S. Customs Authorities at DHL Express in Miami, Florida intercepted a shipment containing 12,000 counterfeit SD memory cards infringing on the microSDXC trademark. The shipment represents the export of infringing goods originating from China in transit for importation into Ecuador.
The seized memory cards are scheduled for destruction under the supervision of U.S. Customs Officials.
