Chinese Customs Officials Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Card and Adapters Sets, Estimated Retail Value $18,000.
Ningo Meishan Customs Officials seized approximately 1,000 counterfeit SD memory cards and adapter sets infringing upon the microSDHC and microSD trademarks.
The memory cards and adapters confiscated represent the export of infringing products leaving China, which were destined for importation into Papua New Guinea.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed against the exporter.
