Brazilian Authorities Conduct Raid Action, Seizing Counterfeit SD Memory Cards and SD Host Products, Estimated Retail Value $4,530.
Law enforcement authorities from the city of Teresina conducted a coordinated raid at an electronic shop in the State of Piauí, resulting in the seizure of approximately 200 counterfeit SD memory cards and adapter sets that were found infringing on the microSD, microSDHC, and microSDXC trademarks.
Following the procedure, authorities transferred the confiscated products to a Customs Warehouse, where they are scheduled for destruction under the supervision of Brazilian Authorities.
