Japan Customs Confiscate Counterfeit SD Memory Card and USB Card Readers, Estimated Retail Value $17,360.
Japan Customs Officials, located at Narita Airport, confiscated 496 units each of counterfeit SD memory cards and USB card readers infringing on the microSD and microSDHC trademarks. The goods seized represent the export of infringing products leaving Fujian, China for importation into Kobe, Japan.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed with Japan Customs.
