Japan Customs Confiscate Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $20,790.
Tokyo Customs Officials confiscated approximately 462 counterfeit high-capacity SD memory cards infringing on the microSDXC trademark. The counterfeit goods seized represent the export of infringing products leaving Shenzhen, China for importation into Japan.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed with Japan Customs.
