Chinese Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $57,150.
Shenzhen Bay Customs Officials seized a shipment consisting of approximately 3,800 counterfeit SD memory cards infringing on the microSDHC and microSDXC trademarks. The goods confiscated represent the export of infringing products out of China intended for importation into Hong Kong.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed against the exporter.
