Dutch Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards, Estimated Retail Value $1,200.
Dutch Customs Officials in the Netherlands seized 100 counterfeit SD memory cards infringing on the microSDHC trademark. The memory cards represent the export of counterfeit goods leaving Shenzhen, China for importation into the Netherlands.
In lieu of further legal action by SD-3C LLC, the importer agreed to forfeit the counterfeit goods for destruction under the supervision of Dutch Customs Officials.
