Chinese Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Card Readers, Estimated Retail Value $750,000
Chinese Customs Officials in Hangzhou confiscated a shipment consisting of approximately 250,000 counterfeit SD card readers infringing the microSDHC trademark. The card readers confiscated represent the export of infringing products out of China.
On behalf of SD-3C LLC an infringement complaint has been filed against the exporter.
