Mexican Customs Seize Counterfeit SD Memory Cards and SD Card Readers, Estimated Retail Value Over $50,000
Customs Officials located at the Guadalajara City International Airport and Pantaco Train Station confiscated shipments containing over 400 counterfeit SD memory cards, and over 13,000 counterfeit card readers. Thereafter, SD-3C LLC filed criminal complaints against each importer associated with the seizures for trademark infringement. These actions are pending.
